At The Edge Hub, we offer a range of versatile spaces to suit events of all sizes. Our ground-floor auditorium can host up to 80 delegates in cabaret style or 100 in theatre style, with flexible layouts to meet your needs. Upstairs, the first floor features adaptable meeting rooms and a fully equipped conference kitchen, available individually or as an exclusive hire. We also offer smaller boardrooms for 6 to 16 people, ideal for team meetings, workshops, or breakout sessions—all complete with AV facilities to ensure a smooth experience.

Our event spaces are designed to be flexible, welcoming, and fully supported—offering a seamless experience from the initial enquiry to the final guest leaving, and every detail in between.

  • Auditorium

    We have a large auditorium space on the ground floor of the building that can host up to 80 delegates in a cabaret style and 100 in a theatre style and can be set in any way that would be suitable for your event.

  • First Floor

    The first floor offers flexible meeting spaces, all complemented by a fully equipped conference kitchen. The floor can be hired exclusively or each space can be booked individually, based on availability.

  • Meeting Room

    We provide a variety of meeting rooms to accommodate events of all sizes, from a large ground-floor space for up to 100 attendees to smaller, fully equipped boardrooms for 6 to 16 people, all featuring AV facilities.

We have used the EDGE Hub to host our training courses for our new apprentice trainees who joined the firm in the Summer. We love the modern, vibrant space and the relaxed atmosphere which the EDGE provides. We particularly liked that we could provide our own lunch, not something you can do when hiring a conference room in a hotel. As the EDGE Hub is all about upskilling and training it seemed the perfect fit for us to bring our new recruits for their training. The team were extremely helpful and the space is very adaptable so I’m sure we will be hosting more events at the EDGE in the future.

The Edge Hub were perfect hosts for Hudgells Clinical Negligence conference. The venue and catering were superb. Car parking facilities for our out-of-town delegates was really helpful. The staff were very accommodating of all our requests and all our delegates gave excellent feedback from the day.

we offer catering at all events

For individual servings of refreshments including tea, coffee, juice and water with snacks (Danish in the morning and biscuits mid-morning and/or afternoon) the cost is £3.50 plus VAT per person.

For a day’s use of our inclusive first-floor conference kitchen which is stocked with tea and coffee-making facilities, juice, water, snacks and fruit, the cost is £7.50 plus VAT per person.

A two-course buffet lunch is £10 plus VAT per person.

 FAQs

  • We have a large auditorium space on the ground floor of the building that can host up to 80 delegates in a cabaret style and 100 in a theatre style and can be set in any way that would be suitable for your event.

    The room has a full AV set up and full catering provision can also be provided. The room hire for the space is £750 plus VAT for a full day or £35 plus VAT per delegate for a fully inclusive option.

    Rates include AV facilities and the delegate rate includes refreshments and Danish pastries on arrival, two further refreshment breaks with biscuits and a two-course buffet lunch.

  • The Vision and Innovation boardrooms are situated on our first floor and can host up to 6 and 10 people in a boardroom style respectively. The room hire for these rooms is £200 plus VAT and £250 plus VAT including AV facilities.

  • The whole first floor comprising of main meeting space for up to 18 people and 2 meeting rooms with a fully inclusive conference kitchen can be hired exclusively. Each area can also be hired individually based on availability as per the following page.

    The main area can hold up to 18 people in a U shape and is adjacent to our conference kitchen, the room does not have a screen and projector however there is a wall to project onto and AV equipment. The space can be hired at a day rate of £350 plus VAT or at our inclusive day delegate rate of £35 plus VAT per person, for a minimum of ten people.
